Civivi Lazar G10 Black
- slim EDC knife
- g10 handle
- 10Cr15CoMoV steel
Slim companion
Just like the Elementum, the Exarch is almost a classic in the Civivi program. This knife is a quite slim and overall rather discreet pocket knife, which thanks to the deep-carry clip makes a really slim appearance in your pocket.
The perfectly straight handle, offers a rather discreet look thanks to the milled copper handle scales and the very universal hand position, which ensures that the Exarch looks completely harmless when closed. The copper backspacer provides a nice handle finish and, thanks to the small eyelet, gives you the option of attaching a lanyard of your choice. The underlaid steel liners are milled out for a reduction in weight, creating a good balance and blade.
To open the knife, you can place your thumb on the small protrusion of the blade root and fire the blade out of the hilt using this front flipper. What emerges is a slender blade that provides great cutting performance thanks to a fine tapered hollow grind. The surface of the Damascus steel was provided with a fine polish.
If a subtle, modern look is important to you, but you still need a full-sized pocket knife, the Civi Exarch could be a hot contender. Like all Civi knives, this model comes in a nice nylon pouch.
