The Isola is the latest custom model from Jens Anso.
This medium-sized folding knife lies between the somewhat larger folders and the more compact EDC models, such as the Casino.
The most impressive thing about the Isola is the incredibly harmonious lines: blade and handle just flow into each other and the entire knife looks simply beautiful. The 3D contoured handle scales are - just like the entire hardware - made of titanium. The knife is opened with a discreet flipper tab, which is shaped to integrate naturally with the shape of the Isola.
The blade, made of powder metallurgy RWL34 steel, has Jens Anso's typical hand-rubbed finish, which, together with the finely engraved logo, gives the whole design that certain "something".
The titanium clip, by the way, was designed to combine the best features of a milled and a curved clip. Like all Anso Custom models, the Isola is produced entirely by hand in Denmark in the smallest of batches.
