When we had the chance to meet the team behind ANV at the Shot Show, it became immediately clear how much passion is behind the brand. Acta Non Verba is particularly keen to ensure that every single component of their knives is made in the Czech Republic. Quite impressive!
ANV puts a lot of thought into the steel of their knives.
The A100 is the first time ANV has used the still fairly new Magnacut steel. This alloy, specially developed for Larrin Thomas knives and manufactured by Crucible, combines the incredible resilience of tool steels like CruWear or 4V with the rust resistance of an M390 steel. The absolute stunner: the A100 is currently the most affordable made-in-EU knife with this steel. The handle made of ultra light but super tough GRN (popularly used for firearms handles) makes this model super light and perhaps the perfect summer knife.
Another highlight is the Alock: here, similar to the Axislock, a bolt pushed by springs slides onto the back of the blade, preventing the knife from folding back in. Super stable and quite a lot of fun!

Coole Optik
Das Messer sieht echt gut aus, weswegen ich mich dafür entschieden habe. Ich hab leider nicht aufs Material geachtet und, als es schon am nächsten Tag da war, stellte ich fest es, das es aus Plastik ist. Macht es super leicht, aber auch sehr sehr billig. Für den Preis hatte ich mehr erwartet, schade.
